As seen on the attached photos, this gazebo is on private property in a residential area. There is a sidewalk connecting the gazebo to the large shed building next to the larger house. Street view is very old but the gazebo and buildings are visible. Satellite images are current.

Additional comment that the yards in that subdivision can be quite large as seen by the different grasses in the neighboring lots

It seems they aren't really keeping up with removal appeals anymore. You can also try submitting your appeal in the Wayfarer Help Chat if you haven't already. That might get a faster response.
