How long do upgraded nominations normally take to get through voting?

Hi, I have had a nomination that I upgraded on July 28, and it has been in voting ever since. Surely this isn't normal-I thought upgrades were supposed to move your nomination through the process more quickly.

I am not a bot, I just sometimes make dumb posts. I will try not to make them any more. And I actually upgraded the nomination in question in July.
