Keep getting rejected
How can i make a starting up neighborhood sound good or better? Ther is high traffic for biking, jogging walking, dog walking, and no pokestop up the long stretch of road that people only walk it cuz its the best way to get up and down our streat are a bunch of cold a sacks and its a maze. So go take a walk for an hr up the only straight stretch can be an hr walk but to go around the block is 5 hrs thats how long it took me. My husband got worried. You make a wrong turn you have to back track and try anouther way. Plus this street has access to the platte river.

Any objects that are dedicated to someone or something tend to work pretty we'll, as well as places of worship or any locally owned businesses. Mainly try to avoid anything that appears to be on someone's lawn.
I feel for you though, since you're in a kind of 'catch 22' type scenario, since longstanding monuments and landmarks aren't exactly created overnight. 😔

Sorry, I don't see anything in your photos that would be eligible for a Waypoint. Blame US zoning rules.

Every photo you shared here is on private residential property and is ineligible for that reason at least, and most of them are plants and animals, which aren't eligible either. Some places just do not have anything eligible.
I looked on Maps to see if I could find something on satellite view, but the closest thing I see is a park to the south which is in game already. You might try submitting the big field there as a separate game location. There is also a basketball court near there to the east a couple of blocks (and south of the elementary school) that does not appear to be in game yet if you want to submit that.
I didn't see any, but if there are any public access spots for the river that parallels the main road, you can try those. Everything that looked like an opening to me was marked "private property" until I got to the public access spot already in game.
It is really frustrating to live where there is nothing eligible.
The school was rejected too. And the big field also rejected and the other field was rejected and eventually will have house on as well. I have seen private property with spins and gyms. And not all is private property thats was rejected. Why are mail boxes rejected its a group mail boxes? Ty for the tips. But i dont know why thr school was rejected and i posted on the corner of the school buy the school bus parking off the street and still rejected.
Please familiarize yourself with the Wayfarer eligibility criteria, acceptance criteria, and rejection criteria before you make any more submissions. In order for something to be accepted, at minimum it must meet at least one of the eligibility criteria (a good place to be social, to exercise, or to explore), and it must not meet any of the rejection criteria. None of the things you have mentioned or submitted photos of in this thread meet any of the acceptance criteria, and some of them very clearly meet the rejection criteria (K-12 school grounds, private single-family residential property). "I want a Pokéstop here" is not one of the acceptance criteria, and neither is "I've seen something like this accepted before" (many things currently in-game may have been submitted when the rules were different or may have been accepted in error).
Functioning schools are blanket ineligible, there's a specific K-12 rejection reason for that. I recommend you read all the links @cyndiepooh-ING posted on your other thread, especially the rejection criteria one.
As for private property, sometimes they slip through if reviewers aren't paying attention. They will be deleted if anyone reports them to Niantic.
