What can I do to improve this nomination?

I'm not sure what it means by "Other Rejection Criteria" and why this nomination was rejected, but how do I improve this nomination so it gets approved next time? There are several more nominations similar to this would I plan to submit.
P.S. I did notice the small typo I made, but I doubt that is the reason it was rejected.

"Other Rejection Criteria" generally means that reviewers did not believe that your nomination met any of the three eligibility criteria.
From just looking at the screenshots all I can see is a small green space that happens to have dog waste bin, nothing that really says that this is a dog park.
Nothing in those photos looks like it meets the Niantc criteria.
If the dog park is marked on a map or there's information about it on the community website, you could include that in your supporting information.
Off topic: I noticed your submission below was taken from a car, that's an automatic photo rejection. You should get out of your car to take a picture.
If you look at it on googlemaps, its no accident. Its a seperate green space and paved circle connected to the sidewalk in the neighborhood. I'd be inclined to think this is intended for the community. Whether a dog park or even just a plain old park.
I'd try again. Parks without signage are hard to get through, but eligible.
