Stops keep getting rejected

I live in an area with no stops. So I’ve updated numerous suggestions. All of which keep being rejected as this is a bias system. Which isn’t a community that’s helping each other but instead making sure the stops are in larger areas.
I’ve spoken to Nick at niantic and Nick doesn’t read what Nick receives and Nick doesn’t seem to grasp what nicks being sent.
I’ve based my stop suggestions on other info on stops in other towns, but still rejected.
stops are in a safe place. Unique to the area and are year
around but all still rejected.

As you've been told I your other thread, this is not bias (at least not any more than the bias inherent in the criteria). The items you've nominated simply do not meet the eligibility criteria established by Niantic.
In addition, you seem to have fallen into the trap of adding buzzwords to your nominations that simply don't apply to them. A planter is not a "community garden" (at least not in the sense that Niantic uses it, which is to mean a group of garden plots used by area residents to grow produce and whatnot, also known as allotments). Similarly, major transit hubs may meet the eligibility criteria, but a simple bus stop is not a "bus terminal."
Your 3rd thread on the same subject, with the same photos. Posting them multiple times in different threads won't make them any more eligible than the first two times you posted them.
