I've really no clue

Community please help me: is it eligible to submit two different statues in front of the same building?
Further information: after nearly two and a half years niantic took the submission and judged the second statue (the first was upgraded) as a dublicate.
I've seen entrances with two statues and each has been a POI. Also here in europe are many historical statues or wall-art which had been judged as different POI's

First question - is this a single family private residence or not?
Second question - I really need that as a gift can you send me one :D
That's something that just comes down to the judgment of the reviewers. Are the two statues part of one work of art (like goals on a soccer field or equipment on a playground), or are they two separate works of art that happen to be near each other? Imho, these two statues are meant to go together. Two statues at an entrance with totally different styles and themes would likely be separate works of art. Two identical statues would be an error to accept, imho, as they are likely a single work of art with two parts.
It seems to me that one is at the left side of the entrance and the other at the right side, they are part of the same artwork and also probably in the same cell, so even if it's approved it won't show up in pokemon
I would tend to agree that if these are on either side of the same doorway, they would be considered two parts of a single piece of art. I recognize that they are different creatures (in fact, I think the contrast in their expressions is pretty cool), but they are clearly meant to be seen as a pair.
Ok, thanks a lot!
They are on both sides of wide stairs. The building is old (around 1900). There was a bakery some years ago. I'm not sure what shop there might be now. But it's definitly not PRP.
I consider renaming the POI and submit the second photo in addition to the first. The name wasn't really good: red pug
But the other dog seem to be a Pomeranian.
My intention was not to create as many visible stops/arenas (in Pokemon GO). It was meant to be in general (other games uses different measurements). In wizards unite i've seen many different POI's (only there).
@The26thDoctor-PGO i'm not sure if we can exchange friendcodes within wayfarer
Unfortunately not :(
