Buenos días, esta mañana me han denegado una propuesta de la piscina cubierta de mi pueblo, alegando que está duplicada, pero en realidad esa piscina no tiene ninguna pokeparada y se puede comprobar, me gustaría saber cómo podrían revisar de nuevo esa propuesta ya que es falso que esté duplicada.

Each Niantic game has its own rule that determines what will and won't appear in that game. There's likely a nearby Pokéstop in the same level 17 S2 cell as this swimming pool which is preventing it from appearing in Pokémon Go.

The Piscina is in the same level 17 S2 cell as Pabellón Cubierto. If you can see Pabellón Cubierto in Pokémon Go, that's why you cannot see the wayspot for the Piscina.
When you submit a nomination, you're not submitting a Pokéstop. You're submitting a wayspot for the Niantic Lightship database. The Piscina is already in the database, which is why it's correctly marked as a duplicate. There is no error here. It just doesn't pass the rule regarding level 17 S2 cells, which is why it can't appear in Pokémon Go.
