Rejected POI appeal taking too long

Is it normal that I have no answer since march 30 when I sent an appeal for a rejected POI through wayfarer website? I also have one since june 13, but I'm more worried about the older one

There seems to be a bit of a black hole when it comes to appeals submitted between February and April. This was around the time where they fixed the glitch that allowed more appeals than intended.
When you submit an appeal, you get an email that states
Your appeal will be reviewed in the order it was received.
but this clearly isn't happening for nominations between February and April.
Are you having the same trouble with an appeal?
I have appeals from both February and April that have yet to be resolved, whilst one that I submitted in the second half of July got resolved at the beginning of September. I've seen other people all with similar issues as well, all seemingly pertaining to appeals from the February to April time period (I might've seen some from before then as well but it definitely seems to mostly affect February, March and April).
I have just had one of my appeals from that time period resolved. The others are not showing as in Niantic voting yet, but then I never saw this appeal go into Niantic voting either.
