New pokestop, visible in ingress not pogo

Hey all, it’s been 3 days now that the pokestop was accepted. It is visible in ingress, but not showing up in pogo. It is not too close to other pokestops so that is not the problem. Are more people running in this problem as well? And can I sent a ticket or do I need to be more patient. Best regards, yushimiro

It's not necessarily about how close it is, but whether it's in a different cell or not. Google s2 cells and pokemon go.
Unfortunately it's not going to show in Go because of it's rules.
Skateroute autoweg falls in the same cell as Bermplant.

got one question and I think you probably know the answer, does the 40m rule still counts when I nominate a pokestop in a other cell? Close to another pokestop in the cell next to it.
I recently had something added here and it appeared in Go.
The only rule that applies is the cell rule.
Ingress uses only a 20m rule when it extracts from the database.
Pokémon Go uses only the level 17 cell rule when it extracts from the database.
They are quite separate.
So it is perfectly possible to have 2 pokestops only a few feet apart provided the cell “line” is between them
