Niantic do a very poor job of explaining this but when you have a pokestop (Wayspot) accepted you are technically adding it to Niantic's Lightship database of every global Wayspot.
Go has a set of rules that determine whether or not a stop will show after it's in Lightship. It uses a function called S2 cells that lay a grid of cells across the world. In Go each cell can only have one Wayspot (pokestop)
Unfortunately yours is in an already occupied cell.
