Supporting Information Skipped With Auto Scroll when reviewing

This is a very big problem I think because the supporting information can make or break a submission. Since hardly anyone doesn’t have auto scrolling on, there’s almost no point in doing supporting information because most reviewers just skip over it since they can. This needs to be fixed at the very least, but in reality supporting information needs to have a “I’ve read this” box to tick or something just so it can’t be skipped over.

I was under the impression that most people disable the autoscroll quite quickly when they first start reviewing, as it gets very annoying.
