How do you submit better photos?

I am new at submitting nominations, and one of my first was rejected for poor photos. I see where you can appeal a rejection, but I can't see where I can include better photos in that appeal. Can someone clue me in on how to do that? Thanks.

You can't alter your nomination when you're appealing it. You can give additional details that Niantic can see when they review the appeal, but the photos and text of your actual nomination can't be changed during this process.
If you want to improve the photo, you'll need to make a brand new nomination for the wayspot.

Try posting the submission, photo, description etc in the nomination improvement section before you resubmit to get some advice on the best way to improve it.
