Nominations all disappeared last night but my profile etc was fine, I searched and a couple of people had experienced the same though and corrected itself after a few hours.
Now everything has disappeared :/

I would check if you can still login to all the Niantic games you've been playing so far. PoGO, Ingress, Pikmin Bloom (Peridot, NBA All-World). If one of the game accounts has been deleted/reset, you loose all your progress in Wayfarer. At least that's the case for PoGO, Ingress and Pikmin Bloom.

I know another person who deleted that Pikmin game some months ago and also had their stats reset (I think only the ones submitted with PoGO in this case). But they realized it was most likely Pikmin which was the reason. It got somehow disconnected from the Niantic account. First, there was a message stating the person was permanently banned because of violation of TOS, now they could access the app again but as a fresh account

I had 60ish contributions. About 20 in voting ranging from 1 month - 18 months. 35ish in queue, a bunch on appeal and some on hold.
Sucks for me and I definitely don't have the will, not all were nearby anyway, to do them again or do anymore but I guess a cautionary tale for others.
I got to keep my Wayfarer badge. Thank you, Niantic, you are so kind :D
I deleted the Ingress app from my phone due to lack of free space but it never affected my Wayfarer account.
From what I gather, your nominations will still be in the system, you just can't access them yourself. It would be really nice to get an update from someone like @NianticAaron or @NianticTintino about this bug as it's been affecting people for over a year and we were told they were working on fixing it, but nothing seems to have developed from then.
Thanks. Losing the stats and upgrades would be annoying but losing the 60+ nominations would be depressing.
Yup, Ive been waiting for 6mo+ now for a resolution, profile was reset, lost hundreds of nominations, 10,000+ agreements, my platinum badge in PoGo.
The nominations that were in voting/queue still are going through though, but theres no email to know if they got rejected, I only see them on the map when they get approved, but also with no username credit.
Originally I had @NianticGiffard on the case, then it got handed off to @NianticTintino, but then I haven't heard back in months and I've given up, just back to business as usual, submitted 70+ nominations so far on my reset profile, but I barely review anymore.
Aw, that sucks. I hope you get it resolved soon.
Removing the app is different than deleting your account.
@The26thDoctor-PGO I was told to suggest that you request your GDPR data from Niantic. Niantic can't really lose your data. Maybe it will help in the restoration of your nominations/stats (in the future). While it's mainly an EU-thing, they should hand you your data.

If you have access to Twitter try contacting them that way TSR often recommends it for those not getting responses.
Personally I’m keeping each game unconnected as Niantic has a habit of poor coding.

It has been effecting people since at least July 2020 with a comment from @NianticAaron in here about how to fix it which doesn't work.
Apparently investing since October 2020..... sure :)

TSR can be daunting but as they are meant to have some sort of relationship with PoGo now you could try there ???? If it got some prominence you might get a reaction🤷♀️
The lack of help by Niantic when things go wrong is dreadful.

Just an acknowledgement would have been nice. It just means I lose my stats, 6 upgrades and being able to see my nominations and they lose another Wayfarer with 18,000+ reviews, 12,500 agreements and 250 accepted Wayspots.
I know that's not really relevant to them, it just seems a bit incompetent and asinine tbh.
The lack of interest in retaining experienced engaged reviewers is astounding. How little effort does it take to say sorry and we will expedite resolving it.

Thanks. I don't think it's going to happen and to be honest there are others who had the same problem almost two years ago so they I would hope would have their accounts fixed first. If they still care :D
Any company that cared even slightly about their users would have replied, apologized and fixed this issue long ago. We're talking about Niantic, so probably none of that will ever happen and people is still happy about working for them for free and defend them against any complain from other users.
Out of curiosity I reinstalled Pikmin to see what would happen.

Yeah like, imagine if you got perma-banned from every console game/mobile game you ever played just because you deleted your save file or deleted your profile to restart, or ended up coming back at some point in the future to try it again.
