Im new to the nominations i thought i had a good one that would help out my community as its a rising area in the city with few pokestops. Could i get some feedback on why yall think it was rejected. My thoughts are the fotos? im not sure as its an always open public space great for gathering. It already seeing a bunch of traffic, why not pokestop it. If you need translating id be willing to translate.
I already submitted an appeal.

The open space isn't really eligible, after all, what are you really nominating? The second photo is much more interesting. Is it mosaic art? I can't tell. So yes, better photos is a good idea. I wouldn't mind translation if you don't mind.
I'd nominate the plaza (2nd photo) as the main submission as unique architecture. The design is interesting and it's easier to get art/architecture accepted than a commercial area.
If you really want to try again with the food court, you should get a better picture. Find some object or sign to focus the picture on. Perhaps you could use a picture of that map(?) in the background? The mural on the wall would also be a good nomination, but it's hidden behind the other board.
Hi 29, thanks for your reply! This was my first ever nomination in my mind I was nominating "plaza via cordillera" or "market via cordillera" as a whole. In hindesight i think nominating peculiar thing within it was a better move, as I'm still learning.

Furthermore if my nomination were to be rejected on the appeal... do you think the amphitheater within the "plaza" is a good nomination?
The cinema should be eligible as it promotes the arts and socializing. A shopping mall is technically eligible as a place to socialize but sometimes they're hard to get approved. In that case you would nominate the sign. An amphitheater also sounds eligible, people gather there to enjoy concerts or speakers. Is that an unusual or artistic skylight I am seeing?

Hi Eli, thanks for welcome... i nominated it this morning! Generally decided to scrap my original one (well in my mind) if it does get rejected but the amphitheater was a nice tip! hope it gets approved

The cinema what would you recommend, an interior shot or an exterior shot of the cinema name? The interior is very unique and really pretty. but i might think as it having closing ours it wouldn't be that eligible.
Regarding the skylight, what is that? like the opening on the celling with natural light? it is, that be a good idea for submission in the food court.

If there's a sign that says "food court" or a map or list of restaurants at the entrance, those would be better. Reviewers like a single object they can focus on. Pictures of hallways or big open spaces are difficult to get accepted.
Because the food court is inside, it might help to make a photosphere so reviewers can see it well.
Finally, use your supplemental information to describe why it's a good place to socialize.
