Review nominations - appropriate position
I had a review recently where I was asked to select the appropriate position of an object.
In the example below there are 5 trees to the left. The first tree at the top of the photo is the one where the nomination should be. A Moss Vale Railway station Platform sign. But I was asked to select the most relevant location.
Now I have an issue with the word relevant. As clearly the object marker on the railway track is the most relevant. But it is in the middle of a railway track.
I will click unable to find an appropriate location. As I feel while I can find the most relevant I don't feel it is appropriate..
Am I following the criteria here appropriately....... Besides the English lesson I only ever click the relevant location if I can see it pretty much exactly on point.
OK I am being weird about it. Just that I think the POI being on the railway tracks got me spooked. How it passed muster as not dangerous I do not know......

Comments
i end up clicking unable to find quite often either because all points appear wrong, there is no view where I can tell etc.
With a train station there are a range of possible pin locations, station entrance, station sign and potentially it might be somewhere on the platforms.
Rail track is definitely not suitable.
The one in car park might be IF It’s next to a sign giving name of station. It looks a small station so it could be that the “entrance” is from car park.
If I ever get something like this and it's pretty obvious that they're trying to move it to the correct location but that they're limited by the small location movement distance, what I'll usually do is get screenshots and message the Wayfarer support chat about it, as it seems fairly obvious the person who submitted it doesn't know that's how longer distance edits should be done. I'll select unable to find correct location on the actual review, but will make support aware of the actual correct location so that they can fix it.
That’s an interesting option.
