Additional information: I do not think that this site meets portal criteria on several points. 1: This site is dangerous to access. There are mining and other trucks needing to use this road. There is only one small spot with signal, and to access this, the player must be in the way of these trucks. 2: This is not art, nor a good place to be social. This is a sign indicating a business.

Thanks for the appeal, @Aurarum-ING! After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
@NianticVK k this was a legitimate portal with plenty of safe access. It was not in any way of trucks and was for a legitimate local business. This portal has been in the system for many years. The only reason it got reported is because I used it for large fields. This report is for nefarious reasons and has nothing to do with safety. The agent has used the reporting system to have a legitimate portal removed. Please restore this portal.
So there's no reply to this? Players can lie and game the system to get bad cell service wayspots removed? Is there no help for this type of poor sportsmanship?
You’ll probably have to create a new thread requesting the return of the wayspot. I think Niantic stops reading posts once they’ve been resolved.
That's a shame. A player can play dirty like this and Niantic doesn't even look at it. Oh well. Playing dirty always seems to win with this game.
Sometimes you can get the ambassadors involved if something was erroneously retired.
