Saved Submissions Failing to Upload in Ingress

This started a couple days ago where I'm getting errors in Ingress saying that the upload failed - try again.
I've lost one submission that said it completed after I tried again but it's not showing up in my contributions page.
So I stopped and waited a day since I didn't want to lose anymore submissions like that.
And now today it won't even upload anything even after trying multiple times.
Something is broke and needs to be fixed.

If solely an Ingress issue, I opened https://community.ingress.com/en/discussion/20276/upload-failed-on-submissions-and-scans#latest to report this bug directly to Ingress developers. I tried my uploads yesterday BEFORE installing the latest App update, and then attempted the same after the update was installed. No change: still getting errors.

Didn't even know there was an update.
Our internal team is aware of the issue and looking into it. However, we do not have a timeline for its fix. We appreciate your patience while we work on this.
