This is a big fountain with running water located in the countryside where everyone that goes jogging or biking, stops to drink. It does not meet any of the removal criteria, therefore it should be reinstated: infact it's not located near a school, it does not intefere with emergency operations and it's easily accessible thanks to the area outside the road where (as you can see in the screenshot) are also located two trash bins and a board for public announcements, which by definition have pedestrian access. The fountain also has a small sidewalk around it.

Sorry for the delay in responding, @FoolSurgeon-ING. We have taken another look, however, stand by our decision to retire this Wayspot.
