Hi Wayfarer Community! This is my first contribution to hopefully many! I see this cute little Angel Statue in a nearby neighborhood to mine whenever I go on my daily jogs. I became curious, sol asked around and found out it's been there for years! I'm afraid this will follow the trend of this taking years to be approved or even ultimately getting denied, so I was wondering if anyone could tell me if they think this is a waypoint that could honestly be approved.

i think this needs some work if it’s to stand a chance. Unfortunately as you have selected upgrade next I don’t think you can edit it.
I’m a U.K. reviewer so there may be things that are no goes for the US.
A fundamental issue might be that it is a mass produced piece. If it’s not find some evidence to back that up and place in supplementary info. Another is around safe pedestrian access.
I was confused at first by the title referring to mailbox - keep that out. Keep the emphasis on the art work.
The description could then focus on community…
A community project to improve the area, included revitalising this area by the installation of a statue that also encourages wildlife.
In short it is not a strong candidate.
I wouldn't mention any Niantic games even in support. It's not something that bothers me but I know some reviewers don't like it so it can only decrease your chance of an acceptance on something.
I probably wouldn't add that I think it deserves commemorating either as it can annoy some reviewers.
Good luck but like @Elijustrying-ING I think it might struggle as being rejected for temporary.
Maybe put some decorative rocks around the base.
Plants as a community garden might help.
