So, I got across this submission, and I want to reject it, but I don’t find any suitable clear rejection criteria..

So, I’m just going to ask, is this a good submission or approved submission at all?

I haven’t seen any generic supermarkets as stops or portals, and if this is ok, is it ok to submit the local supermarkets?

It still has to meet one of Niantic eligibility criteria (exploration, exercise, social). Otherwise just reject it.

this doesn't meet the criteria at all. you can just select "other rejected criteria"

I usually use "other rejected criteria" and "Generic business with no historic or cultural significance."
