Hello! I am looking for any advice on this nomination. The location is appropriate as there are other approved stops on this block. The store does host kick-off events so I'm thinking of mentioning that. Appreciate any feedback, thanks!

Which of Niantic's acceptance criteria does this candidate meet?
Please be specific.
Whether you can explain it to someone who doesn't know anything (such as me who saw it for the first time) is the trick of a good explanation.
If you show a basis that satisfies the approval criteria that no one can refute, I think it will be approved normally.

You'll struggle to get this accepted through normal voting and I personally wouldn't appeal.
Even though it doesn't really meet any of the criteria you may get it accepted on appeal even though it shouldn't be. It's your choice.
