I drove by this waypoint a while back and noticed the location was incorrect and located in the middle of the street.
The dedication plaque is located on the very last last pillar of the northwest side of the bridge, along the sidewalk and the railing that leaves down to a small sitting area. I have attached pictures from Google maps and an overhead picture To help confirm the correct location.
