Heros Among US Gym moved...

The Heros Among Us Bison Gym no longer exists in the middle of the Redcliffs Mall ST George, Utah... my submission was rejected, as the painted bison has moved wothin the mall and has been replaced by a large chess set which I also submitted (no word on that yet). Is there more I can do? Or is there a way to submit that a point has moved? I admit this is somewhat new to me and I've been looking for answers for a few days now!?

You can edit the location within the game if the POI is still in the game. But you can only move things 10m. So that probably wouldn't be appropriate for this move. For longer distance moves, you can ask Niantic to move them. Someone else will have to tell you how to do that.
Someone probably reported that the Bison is gone from this spot so it was appropriately removed from the game.
You will have to submit the chess set separately since that is a completely different POI.
If the Bison did not appear in the new location, either that cell is blocked or it was not moved. You can either wait and assume that someone resubmitted it. Or you can resubmit it yourself. Just take a look at the Nearby POI when you do so to make sure it's not there but hidden. If it's hidden, you most likely won't be able to see it again in PGO.
If a Gym gets moved, then a) it reverts to a Pokestop and b) is treated as a "new" stop and the current spacing / cell rules are applied to it, which means it may not reappear in PoGo.
The Waypoint is still showing as existing on the Ingess intel map, so it's still in the system.
