Improvement for indoor submission

TL;DR: Candidate is a room within a German Castle with unique wall coverings from silk and silver. They are from 18th century from nowadays Turkey, suppossedly they were tent squares of a Turkish Sultan. (can't be proven, because it was an accidential discovery hidden under rough cast during restoration works)

So my idea for resubmission was to quote direct Nia statements now. Any idea, what might be the best quote to support this?

Unfortunately, there are no rejection reasons because it was rejected by Niantic staff. This doesn't mean it should have been rejected, just that it's difficult to know exactly what to improve.

Looking at it, the picture is not immediately clear what the nomination is. I would focus on just the wall with the covering and not try to get the whole room. The wallpaper is what makes the room special.

For the description, make sure it is your own words. "3rd party text" is a rejection reason, so it could have been rejected for that if you copied from the website.

Last (and this one I don't know, just throwing everything out there), a photosphere is usually helpful for indoor nominations. In this case, the website documents that the room is in the castle, but if the castle is big reviewers might decide they don't know the exact location and rate it lower.

Oh look, you've put a trigger word in supporting information that lets your nomination being reviewed by Niantic reviewers...

Anyway how about to add a photosphere?

  • Neither improvement of the photo nor photosphere is possible. Usually taking photos is not allowed there (like in other museum style exhibitions, where stuff is photosensitive). It was difficult enough to get a non 3rd party photo there. For location verification the website should be enough - it proves, that this room and its wall covering is at this castle .... and so we have an accuracy of ~50m for the reviewers, and that's enough for at least 3 stars in the location subcategory, I guess.

Texts are also not copy/paste. And yes, the trigger word was intended because its a dead cell/dry voting area, or however you'd like to call places, where you have to wait years for an result .... further I have no hope, that community reviewers accept indoor portals. I know not a single person who achieved this, but I know persons with accepted appeals for indoor submissions. Especially the appeal texts were with really low effort, and the candidate was imho worse than mine. Room with historic wall covering from the orient inside a castle is imho way more fulfilling the exploration criterion than an advertising wall painting inside a super market/mall.

But I know from my folks, that pinpointing on specific Niantic statements could be very helpful. For example public bulletin boards /community notice boards - nearly impossible to get them accepted by community reviews, but 100% acceptance rate by Niantic staff by pinpointing at a specific thread of this forum xD

So maybe someone knows such a precedential case from the forum or a well fitting other Nia quote?
