Submission lost when it fails to be uploaded

Hi,
Sorry if this is already under investigation, I wasn't able to see it.
The issue is that when submitting new portals in Ingress, sometimes when signal is weak I stock them and upload them later when it gets better. Even then, sometimes one submission fails to be uploaded and if I click on retry, it seems to continue being uploaded and disappears after 100%, but I never receive the email nor see it on wayfarer contributions; however, I lose the contribution.
Today it happened again, so I submitted the portal again, but now I checked the list of all submissions and that one appears to be on voting by Niantic. Is that also a bug or maybe connected to the previous issue?

About a month ago, Niantic started pulling some (a small fraction of) nominations as soon as they're submitted. Speculation is that it's based on some newly added keywords, or something.
I don't know about the rest of it.
Hi @Ignobae-ING, We are aware of the issue and it is still under review. Unfortunately, we do not have a fixed timeline to share at this moment. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As we announced in our December AMA, we will address the longstanding recurring bugs alongside the changes we’ve mentioned for Wayfarer in early 2023.
Additionally, we would request to ensure your network connection is strong and stable while uploading nominations.

Pulling into Niantic Voting has nothing to do with lost nominations on upload later, they really never did reach Wayfarer at all due to some errors
Same thing just happened to me. Lost 4 nominations that I can remember. Nominated 24 things while having full bars of 5G and it froze at 100%. Then each time it would get stuck at 4/?? noms though. Finally after like 5 times I got it to say all went through. I assume each time that it froze it deleted that nomination. 😭😭 sad part is I did it while visiting my aunt and now I won't be back up there for awhile.
