Wayspot review and nomination

So, I was taking my time to review all the wayspots that I was reviewing. If I didn't live in the area and/or didn't know the place, I gave it 3 stars and made sure to check carefully whether something was in the right place. I also checked carefully to see if there was any duplicates and there weren't any. Then all of a sudden I'm on cooldown for abnormalities and it said that I need to review everything correctly. I DID!!! A lot of the places I didn't know and didn't live there so I always gave them 3 stars. I even look at the names and descriptions too! And if I figured that something wasn't there or wasn't right, I decided to flag it. And that included spots that were for sponsors and I even gave descriptions on how it should be handled since they were sponsor companies. I don't know why I'm being punished?

It’s usually that you’re going too fast. Give yourself about 20 seconds on each nomination, especially at the beginning of your review session.
But that's the thing, I was taking my time on everything.
As far as I know, the nominations are based on where your character was last online,
Cool downs are unfortunately pretty common, and even longtime, high-standing reviewers get them from time to time. As mentioned, going too fast could be one reason. Another one could be if you were giving the same rating across the board for many consecutive nominations (you mentioned giving a lot of 3 stars). If a nomination is good and you have checked it carefully to make sure it is correctly placed and not faked, then you can give it more than 3 stars even if you have never been there in person.
