Help Chat Bubble Missing

I navigate to the "help" page, but there is no bubble to start a conversation.
LOL was missing after several refreshes, but finally showed. Ignore this - would delete if I could.
Well is gone again...

I'm also having issues with the help chat. The bubble takes a bit to pop up, but then when I open it to check my ticket history, I'm getting an error message - "Something went wrong. Reconnecting..."
It's happening both on Chrome and Firefox, FWIW. After trying to open new tabs and even after rebooting my PC. Internet connection is stable.
Yeah, it took me 5 attempts to get it to appear, and once I tap on it, I just get a blank support chat with no way of typing anything. I was hoping to see if my open ticket had been responded to, but now I'm not even sure if it exists or has been wiped from the system.
It appears it may be a problem with helpshift rather than with Niantic:

It now seems to be working again.
