Hola, hace 4 días utilice una mejora con una pokeparada que estaba en cola, al día de hoy todavía sigue en cola a pesar de ponerle la mejora, porque no entra en votación?

Upgraded doesn’t make it go into voting faster. But once it’s in voting, the decision should come faster than normal.
Most people's experience is that it does go into voting faster. However, regardless of whether it is upgraded or not, there is still usually a minimum time from the initial submission (a few days) before it is possible for a submission to go into voting.
