New McDonald's made a Wayspot ineligible

I reported Presidential pit stop as ineligible in Ingress. When a former governor and president (before becoming president) lived in Arkansas, McDonald's in downtown used to be at 701 Broadway Street, Little Rock, AR 72201. At least a year ago, a new location was built at 515 West 6th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201. McDonald's moved. More recently a Chick-fil-A was built after the old location (2 story building) was razed. I do not believe a bathroom/restroom is eligible. Yes, I know this is not the actual restroom. However, I believe that since a former governor did not visit this location when he walked or ran, this makes this ineligible. This might help.
