Accepted waypoint submitted through the wayfarer app didn't appear in pokemon go or ingress

Maybe this is on purpose, or maybe its a big, best put it in here incase it's the latter. As said, accepted waypoint didn't appear in games, but it was same in the middle of an empty cell (I know, bad word) and was maybe 50 meters away from the nearest portal, defo not within the 20m range. I've heard reports of the same happening randomly, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to them, so thats why I'm thinking it might be a bug in the system.

Same thing happened to me waypoint was accepted on the wayfarer app meeting all the Criteria To go into pokemon go and ingress.it never Appeared
Same thing happened to me. Waypoint far from others accepted, but didn't sync. Name is Illinois Main Street Community Sign.
Me as well. Nomination accepted, sits alone in an empty cell away from any other waypoint and it doesn't appear to exist in ingress, pokemon go or even the ittc app as a point.
Tried to submit it again as a nomination and got rejected as a duplicate even though it exists nowhere. Now I dont know anything else i can do for it to appear.

Additionally, the nominations made with the beta app are provisional and only for testing; they may not appear in games, and will not appear in your Wayfarer Contributions page, Wayfarer stats, or your in-game stats, as the Wayfarer App is not yet linked to your account.

Same thing with one of mine. This one does not appear in Niantic games.
Yours was not submitted through the Wayfarer app. You submitted it through one of the games. What are the coordinates of your submission? It's probably within 20 metres of an existing Portal (unable to appear in Ingress) and in an already occupied level 17 S2 cell (unable to appear in Pokémon Go), but it likely will show up on the Wayfarer app if we know where to look for it.

Did you add most of the things in town yourself?
Have you submitted the gopher yet? It looks like it might need careful placement so it appears in game for you if you haven't.

If so it looks like it is being blocked from appearing in games by the Way Memorial poi.

It's in the same area as Haste Töne. You can search for S2 cells Pokémon Go to see why it won't appear in Go and for future submissions.

The playground is in the whole area. Is it possible to delay the position of the Pokestop?
