It looks like it might be in the same cell as others POIs visible in your screenshots, and because of that it won't appear in PoGo but might be visible in onther Niantic games.
In PoGo there can only be one POI per cel (one pokestop or one gym), and cells are quite big so it's easy to nominate thing in the same cell as existing POI.
Search for "Pokemon Go S2 and S17 cells" to learn more about it. I hope it helps in the future.

Il semble qu'il se trouve dans la même cellule que d'autres POI visibl.e.s dans vos captures d'écran, et à cause de cela, il n'apparaîtra pas dans PoGo mais pourrait être visible dans d'autres jeux Niantic.
Dans PoGo, il ne peut y avoir qu'un seul POI par cellule (un pokestop ou une salle de sport), et l.e.s cellul.e.s sont assez grandes, il est donc facile de nommer quelque chose dans la même cellule que l.e.s POI existants.

First congrats on getting something accepted.
Although the impression you are given when you submit something is that you are submitting to be a pokestop the reality is that you are submitting something with the potential to be a pokestop.
Once your nomination is approved, it is a wayspot in the Lightship database - this holds all approved wayspots and is separate from all Niantic games.
That is the end point of wayfarer, and what happens next is not related to wayfarer.
Each game sets its own rules as to what it will take from the database to use in that particular game.
For Pokémon Go the rules revolve around the use of some mapping software commonly referred to as S2 cells.
Google: S2 cells and Pokémon Go - Pokémongohub has a very good explanation.
The key is that in PoGo it only accepts 1 wayspot in each Level 17 cell, so if there is already a pokestop or gym in the game in that cell, yours will not be selected to enter Pokémon Go.
This what has happened in your case.
I have picked out your wayspot. As you can see it is in the same Level 17 cell as Boite à lire Thouars. As this other wayspot is already in the game it blocks yours from being used.
It is disappointing and frustrating when this happens. Do read the information about the cells so you are aware for the future.
