why can't i improve my nomination?

Since 1 or 2 months ago i can't choose the nomination i want to improve. I dont know why. i haven't got any active improvement. i can read the text: "unable to upgrade"

Your question should be, "Why can't I upgrade my nomination?"
As for your question, did you disable "automatic applying upgrades" from Settings or not?

You have to review around 160 nominations, and get 100 agreements, to earn one upgrade.
