I thought this was a no brainer!

Where did I go wrong? Being it's located right on a walking/bike path and given the amount of people that stop by to volunteer to walk the dogs, I was a little surprised when I saw it was rejected. Thanks for your input.

Description
Formally known as the Polk County Humane Society. Scruffy Tails is the perfect place to find your next pet dog or cat. Adopt today!
Location
720 E Robert St, Crookston, MN 56716, USA
Supplemental Information
Scruffy Tails is located right next to a walking/bike path that circles the community. Besides the normal foot traffic on the path, Scruffy Tails has many volunteers that take the dogs out for walks. This would be another great addition to the Niantic universe! Thanks for your consideration.

Is there any rejection reasons attached (that usually under NOT ACCEPTED text)?

Sorry I didn't notice that was missing! Thank you.
What do you mean by volunteers? Could I show up and walk the dogs? If so put some evidence of this and I'd vote for it.
Yep! You could just show up and take one of their dogs for a walk. There's a walking path right there, which is very convenient. They're always asking for help thru volunteering. That could range from taking the dogs out to burn off some energy to hosing down/cleaning their kennels (Walking them is a lot more enjoyable). 😆 As far as the evidence goes, their website mentions different ways you can help like thru donations, fostering, and volunteering. Unfortunately it doesn't break down the different way to volunteer. I have walked the dogs a few times and one of those times I even found my in-laws their current dog, Billy. But anyway, should I just appeal it rather then resubmitting it?
Just kidding... maybe if I just opened my eyes, I would have found it under the volunteering tab on their website. 🤦🏻♂️ This is a screen shot of their website.
I don’t see how this is a great place to explore, socialize, or exercise. Proximity to a walking path does not meet criteria. A volunteer opportunity does not meet criteria. A chance to leave the subject and go someplace that does meet criteria does not meet criteria.
I think this rejection is correct.
I'm sorry, but did you even read the post? It's literally located on a walking path. You can volunteer with some friends and go take the dogs out for a walk and get exercise at the same time. Exercise ☑ Socialize ☑
I’m sorry, but did even read my response? “Proximity to a walking path does not meet criteria.” That was the second sentence. “A volunteer opportunity does not meet criteria.” That was the third sentence.
PROOFS: Memorial benches, dog waste stations, traffic signs: commonly along/near trails around the world, but do not meet criteria. Soup kitchens, elementary schools, and hospice care facilities: offer volunteer opportunities around the world, but do not meet criteria.
This needs a better argument than - *as stated in my response* - ‘you can leave here to meet criteria’.
