Pokestop disappeared

I recently had a nomination accepted for the Minto Dog Park as I have been trying to increase the pokemon go community hear with more pokestops and gyms. The day it appeared not long after it disappeared, I looked at my contributions and it does not stated it was denied or anything. Is this a bug, if not how do I get more information as to what happened to save myself time from resubmitting.
I do not think this has anything to do with my phone but I use a Android phone, Galaxy S22 Ultra to be exact. Android Version 12.

This ain't bug. What is the location of that Pokestop? Some folks here may look if it was disappeared because someone has reported it, or it was relocated to somewhere else and blocked by another Pokestops/Gyms on the same cell.
It's located in the same level 17 S2 cell as Splash Pad, which I'm guessing does appear in Pokémon Go. So maybe someone requested a location edit on it and that moved it into the Splash Pad cell and caused it to disappear from Pokémon Go. It is still in Ingress and in Wayfarer though.
