Portal and Pokestop Not Appearing in Game

I had a POI accepted a few days ago (November 15th) and it doesn't appear to show up in Ingress, IITC Mobile or Pokemon Go. I submitted it at the border of the tennis court, so as not to interrupt any games. It was built this summer and the satellite view is of a square dirt rectangle.
The POI name is: Whitetail Park Junior Tennis Courts which is located in Montville Township, Medina, Ohio. I submitted the location around the coordinates: 41.087776, -81.841079.
I want to know if this is a delayed addition to the games or if someone decided to put the waypoint right in the middle of the tennis courts and if it was moved if it could positioned at the coordinates listed.
Yellow squared outline is the tennis courts. Red Circle with the arrow accompanying it is the location submitted which is out of the way of games and along the trail for easy foot traffic access.

It appears the nomination was moved to the part of the tennis court that borders the footpath, which is presumably because reviewers thought that was the entrance and that the wayspot for the courts should be at the logical point of entry. I doubt you'll have any success getting it moved unless you can prove that the location you originally submitted is the true entrance to the court.

I'm not sure why reviewers get so much power over an area they are clueless about. This is such an unbalanced platform skewed towards reviewing poorly and quickly. This is the third time someone took it up on themselves to move a perfectly normal location. First two were baseball fields moved to the pitcher's mound. Really appreciated that.
I'll definitely try over at the location edit appeals, but I think after getting over 100+ waypoints in, I'm not going to do volunteer work just to broaden a POI database of no benefit to any players.
