i have made an apeal ,

this is not a road sign with an expensive trail marker for a nature trail around my town, it is not a standard sign , it does look like a bike lane sign .. but it is not, in fact people do not know the about that trail in the city.

isn't it right that these should be ok as a stop ?!?!? 
what do you think ?
