Concerns with mental health

What do you have to say about growing concerns about the struggles neuro-diverse folks or overall concerns with the impact on mental health with reviewers/submitters dealing with subjective criteria, bad rejections, poor responses/inaction from Niantic, Wayforum toxicity, and "hidden" inclusion rules for their submissions to appear in games?

While I firmly fall under the "neurodivergent person who's mental health got severely impacted due to being passionate about Wayfarer" umbrella, I don't think Niantic owe us our mental health. It's our individual responsibility to take care of our mental health ourselves, know how to recognize things that harm our mental wellbeing, and distance ourselves from them - which is exactly what I've personally been doing for a while now (and what can I say, it's Niantic's loss).
I do think Niantic owe us, as users and volunteers, a good user experience; a well-maintained, easy to use system; clear and frequent communication; a well-moderated social platform for the community; etc. The lack of all of those is causing frustration to all users, neurotypical and neurodivergent alike - I think it's fairer to demand a non-frustrating product from Niantic.
Insightful posts.
So Niantic: What are your plans to make Wayfarer be a less frustrating product?
I also distanced from Niantic and Wayfarer for a while now, something that is ultimately a big loss for Niantic and the community.
It is rather heartbreaking that there are several very good people out there that understand the system and follow Niantics core Ideas and also view them from different angles, but we have been shown the **** several times this year.
