Why do you ignore the community of wayfarers?

Most of us know that this AMA will be as useless as the previous ones. You're unable to reply to basic questions, you ignore all the people that have problems with their accounts, the list is so long that there are no words to describe your attitude.

Good question. It feels like a lot of "tail chasing", not getting anywhere.
