Rejection reason for residential pools

Would it be possible to add a "residential or hotel pool" as a separate rejection reason, to help send a clear message to the submitters that those are not eligible? If they are still categorically not eligible, of course.

So should a whole bunch of other contentious things.
There was a feature request sometime earlier in this forum that suggested having specific prompts for tagged categories, would be more intuitive for reviewers if implemented.
There's also that fiasco that had people getting emails of wrongfully rejected reviewing decisions specifically because the submitter has appealed it in the forums, I have no idea what to gather after that.
