If there’s been a challenge or a recent clarification, Wayfarers shouldn’t need to visit the forum to find this. Present it when users log in to say what’s changed and what now needed to be followed.

this is so needed! we still have people who review based on guidelines from before "the refresh" and that was like three years ago.
