Can these forums be more closely monitored and have more staff interaction?

Can we have these forums more closely monitored by staff and have them engage with the community more often? By this I mean there is quite often a lot of toxic behaviors as well as people providing bad information about the guidelines. If staff were to watch it more closely they could clean out a lot of that and correct bad information so that people can more clearly see what it is Niantic really intends in regards to their criteria. This would help a lot of people who are just starting out, as well as retain more people who are otherwise driven away by the toxic elements and frustration because they can’t get correct information about what is valid and what isn’t.

Even if someone only tunes into the General channel, only once a week, it would be nice.
