It will not show on IITC if it is within 20m of an existing Portal but could still be on Pokémon GO if in a separate cell. The only way to tell which game it is in, is by checking that game when you’re nearby.
That’s related to the Ingress teams that in charge of the wayspot or portal as it’s referred to. Orange means that no team is in charge, green the green team and if you look around you should find blue for the blue team.
important info if you are playing Ingress of no relevance for checking wayspots.
