How Would You Review A Hub For Public Services?

There is a building in my town that hosts the following things all under one roof:
- Borough council offices
- Is a place where people can access borough council services
- Has a branch of the Citizens Advice Bureau
- Has a Job Centre Plus
- Has a public defibrillator (important knowledge I guess)
Taken together as a whole, is this something you'd vote favourably on? I would contend it's a point of interest and a meeting place. Perhaps individually these things aren't interesting but the fact that they are all in one place makes the building noteworthy I would say.

Unless specifically noted, most government buildings are not eligible (including the DMV, and other "departments of...") for the same reason that we don't really accept generic businesses–they're not really gathering places or unique points of interest, like oscarc1-ING and JSteve0-ING called out.
Unlike city halls or courthouses (which can be tourist destinations, locations with unique architecture or places to gather) or libraries (sometimes architecturally unique but always centers for information), an administration building by itself wouldn't be high quality location.

I would vote it one star normally and select does not meet criteria. Does it have any interesting architecture you can submit? A historic plaque? Something that would meet other guidelines?
None of those things are businesses. If you think it doesn't meet criteria you should select Doesn't Meet Criteria.
@FuzzySun-ING that's what I meant.. edited and fixed :)

Unless they use the building to hold regular public meetings, it doesn't meet criteria.
If it was hosted in a historic or really unique building...yeah, but submit the building. Generally, however, it would not meet criteria. Courthouses, City/Town hall (or similar seat of local government), I would give higher marks...but a hum drum administration building is exactly that: hum drum.
Thanks everyone! In terms of the building hosting meetings, I believe it does to some extent, although that is not its main purpose. There's so much going on in the building that it's hard to list everything. Yes, I concede that it may not be that interesting. It's likely in a grey area but I'm happy to agree it may lean towards a "no". Somebody else tried to submit it before and it got rejected and I was thinking they might not have written a convincing nomination.
