Some Wayspot requested and approved prior to Niantic's notice that the app was not last synced.

Before the announcement about the Wayspots requested and approved by the application, after at least a week and a half after its launch, it stopped synchronizing the accepted Wayspots, they are accepted in the system, check out the following images:
That's right, the indicated Wayspot is "free" from any proximity to the others, therefore, he was supposed to be in the game for a long time. NOTE: This nomination was made from a Niantic Lightship form.
