May we have a new Appeals thread or reporting form?

With the confusing Basketball Courts eligibility change, there will likely be a great many K-12 Basketball Courts mistakenly appearing in Ingress and Pokemon Go. Niantic (in @NianticTintino-ING's announcement thread) has asked us to let Niantic know of any such eligible Outdoor Basketball Courts on K-12 School grounds appearing in Ingress or Pokemon Go - but there's no real way to report this in a speedy fashion. Since there need be no judgement on eligibility, only a decision about the location's suitability for certain games, I feel it would be helpful to have some direct way to report these errors for fast-tracked action. A form would of course be better for privacy's sake, but a well-curated forum thread might also help.
