Pokéstop glitched out after a location edit.

In April this year I have submitted a request to move an artpiece "de ontmoeting" for only a meter. A new pokestop ("Kastelenwandeling") appeared when I recieved the mail that the location edit was accepted. The stop De ontmoeting and this new pokestop (Kastelenwandeling)

co-existed for a full day. But dissapeared sadly the next day after.

It has not been deleted because it still exists in Ingress. I've added a printscreen of this.

But if you are out of gifts, the game gives you sometimes 5 gifts in your inventory to send out to friends. One of them is the visual glitched out pokestop of "De Ontmoeting". So this means the game still sees the pokestop as active, but we cannot see nor can we interact with the pokestop anymore.

Is there a solution to this problem ?

This isn't a Wayfarer issue, so Niantic will likely close the topic.

Pokémon Go uses level 17 S2 cells to determine wayspot density within the game. Each cell is meant to only have one Pokéstop or Gym, but there are instances where a cell may have more than one Pokéstop or Gym due to edits made before a certain time, or due to sponsorship deals, etc..

A while back, location edits ignored the cell rule, but this behaviour was changed after people abused it in order to get more Pokéstops/Gyms in an area than was otherwise intended. So now when a location is edited, it rechecks the amount of Pokéstops/Gyms in that level 17 S2 cell, and if there's more than one, it'll remove the edited wayspot from the Pokémon Go map whilst keeping it in the Lightship database.

Looking at the screenshots you've provided, this is likely the reason for the stop disappearing from Pokémon Go now that your edit has been approved - everything in that general area looks a bit too densely packed for the Pokémon Go game map. I cannot say for certain though without coordinates to check the cell situation.

As for postcards and gifts, the wayspot does still exist in the database and that's how you're able to still get them, even though it's unintended behaviour. It is a bug that you're able to receive gifts from a Pokéstop that no longer exists in Pokémon Go, but that's an issue for the Pokémon Go team to tackle at some point, and it's not exactly game breaking.
