Appeal limit?

Hello! So it turns out i submitted a lot of proposals this august and many got rejected. Motives for rejection aside, i went to appeal some of them and the button does not show anymore. Is it because i have already about 4 appeals? Or have they retracted the function in the time i haven't been here? Thanks in advance for the answers
