I don't understand the reason for rejection - Ayuda rechazo

I have submitted this Wayspot suggestion, it is a garden, with a picnic table, on a hiking path and next to a civic center.
I don't know whether to appeal, but in the reason for rejection it says "other reasons" "Plaque". I don't understand. Should I appeal trying to explain something else? Is there a reasonable reason for rejection that I have not detected?

Ignore the placa reason. It could only be one person who chose that. I'm guessing that most people chose the second reason which simply means that they don't think it is eligible to be a POI.
Simple picnic areas like this have only recently been clarified to us that they can be eligible POI. Unfortunately, that information has not been posted anywhere that is easy for an average reviewer to find. I would probably give up on this spot until after we see how Niantic plans to educate reviewers next year.
For reference, "placa" in this case doesn't mean "plaque", it means "licence plate". It's definitely a nonsensical reason as there are no cars in the picture, and therefore no licence plates. Aside from that, refer to @SeaprincessHNB-PGO's comment
If you do resubmit I would change the focus away from the trees to the actual poi. The trees and surround draw my eye away from the actual submission and detract from it being the first thing I see.
