I have met the basic level requirements of pokemon go, but I still can't get in wayfarer, I try to contact the technical support of pokemon go game, the game's customer service staff insisted on contacting wayfarer customer service. I can't even log in wayfarer, how to find customer service to fix technical problem? please help and thanks.

Have you played any of Niantic's other games using the same account and then deleted your account from that game?

Trainers who have punishments in any one of the Niantic games will not be able to access Wayfarer. We can confirm that you have punishment in your Ingress Prime account. You will not be able to access your Wayfarer account if an email address is related to suspended gaming accounts.
