Are URL/Links allowed in photos?

I had the following rejected for the reason "URL/Markup"? My understanding was that URLs and links are fine if that's what the POI is, just not fine in the Title and Description? Am I wrong? My Title was the title of the sign and my description was paraphrasing the description of the sign.

Probably helps to quote and link this (and hope reviewers will read)

Qr codes about the trail or the area, to me, are essentially informative, so I've been calling them information signs lol. But Jo, I I see any issue in url or qr codes or phone numbers or websites being in/on a poi picture if they are already on said poi if you cropped them out, People would see it on the poi anyway, so why bother? Unless it's unrelated, lime you put your own phone number or website on, that's different
URL in the photo - usually just fine if it's part of the actual POI nominated
URL in the Title/Description - never OK, in my interpretation anyway
URL in the supporting info - fantastic! More info is always good.
